Aromach farming works in harmony with nature rather than against it. This involves using techniques to achieve good crop yields without harming the natural environment or the people who live and work in it. The methods and materials that AROMACH farmers use are summarized as follows:

Harvesting
⦁ We make sure that we identify the plants that we intend to harvest without doubt.
⦁ Distinguish clearly between the medicinal plant and its closely related relatives in order to avoid unwanted mixtures, we choose healthy and well-developed plant, we keep area used during harvesting clean and free from contamination by previously harvested medicinal plants and other foreign matter. We Harvest medicinal plants under the best possible climatic conditions for the specific species to avoid either desiccation or fermentation and mold growth and thus deterioration of the material, choosing the season, date or time of day, rather according to the quality and quantity of the active ingredients than the total amount of material you can gather, this ensures the best possible quality of raw material and products, The concentration of biologically and medically active ingredients varies with the stage of plant growth and development.
⦁ We give adequate consideration that drying conditions are chosen appropriate to the type of plant-material processed, In case of air-drying, spread the plant-material in a thin layer
⦁ We make sure that the drying frames are located in a sufficient distance from
the ground to provide adequate air circulation and facilitate uniform drying.
Extracting/ steam distillation
⦁ Steam distillation is a separation process which purifies isolate temperature-sensitive materials, such as natural aromatic compounds. In steam distillation, dry steam is passed through the plant material. These vapors undergo ⦁ condensation and collection in receivers.
⦁ Our distillation units are one of the oldest in Egypt since 1990 era are producing the natural essential oils of the middle area of Egypt

Aromach Co. runs its own in-house laboratory providing the necessary data to identify the 100% pure and natural character of its products.

⦁ Aromach Co. strongly believes that the shipment of Dangerous Goods – which many essential oil and aromatic raw materials are – should be properly addressed.
⦁ Aromach. acts via international industry related organizations in better identifying the shipping dangers of essential oils and their likes. At the local level it makes sure to cooperate and provide all the latest available information to airline carriers it collaborates with. As such, and where applicable, all AROMACH Co.’s shipments are performed in appropriate UN certified packaging whether HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) plastic, aluminum, or steel.
